I-EA-T’s policy in human resource development and management is aimed at “Achieving sustainable success through the recruitment of moral and ethical personnel, the development of competent employees, the improvement of organizational structure for operational efficiency, the development of human resources for better performance, as well as the upholding of organizational culture and professionalism”.
In accordance with the aforementioned policy, I-EA-T has developed and improved its human resource management and development system, in the way to utilize human resources at their fullest potentials. In doing so, the employee performance assessment system was revised to adopt Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – consisting of team-based KPIs, individual KPIs, and KPIs linked to core value – that are in line with departmental and organizational goals, as well as employees’ responsibilities – whereby employees and their supervisors plan together to successfully achieve operational goals.
Realizing that the development of employees at all levels is key to human resource management; I-EA-T is committed to enhance knowledge and capabilities of its human resources on a continuous basis – encouraging them to further their studies, as well as participate in field trips and training, both locally and overseas. In addition, I-EA-T has organized various training programs and lecture courses for employees, as well as has supported them to attend training provided by external agencies. The aim is to equip I-EA-T personnel with skills and competencies required to perform tasks effectively and efficiently, as well as to accommodate changes in competitive business environments.
