To embrace good corporate governance through the balanced and hospitable participation of public, private and community sectors to improve industrial estates and industrial operations to international standards as well as to enhance their competitiveness in the global market.
To be responsible for the public in the area where each industrial estate is located and/or those affected by organization operations
To maintain and uphold national traditions and culture, as well as to provide hospitable cooperation and support for government and community policies and activities through regular return of some profit to society
To keep strictly confidential all information or secrets of investors, service receivers, relevant parties and the public; to refrain from taking advantage of such information or secrets for the benefits of any person or entity in an unethical or illegal manner
To render impressive services for all customer groups with speed and accuracy, as well as to provide infrastructure services for industrial operators and involved parties with a set standard of quality and a fair price
To uphold and follow safety, occupational health and environment principles for balanced and sustainable development

To support and assist industrial estate joint-operators and industrial operators in industrial estates as if they were an I-EA-T unit or a client

Realizing the significance of good corporate governance as a key factor in bringing about organizational reliability and efficiency, the I-EA-T Board developed the following guidelines on ethics and code of conduct for all board members to adhere:

1.To strictly comply with rules, regulations, announcements and orders of the organization
2.To use and maintain organization assets in an efficient manner for maximum benefit and in such a way they are not wasted, lost or damaged sooner than anticipated
3.To build a positive image and reputation for the organization with the public
4.To keep secret information strictly confidential
5.To refrain or avoid expressing any opinion to external bodies or the press in any matter related to organization work without authorization, or in any matter that might affect the organization's reputation and performance
6.To perform duties with honesty, diligence and perseverance and to dedicate oneself to the organization's mission to the best of one's abilities
7.To learn and adopt new knowledge and technology to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness

21.To behave appropriately as I-EA-T employees – in terms of manners, etiquette, behavior and dress – to build credibility for oneself and the organization

24.Not to conduct a business using I-EA-T's name and not to operate any business that share in I-EA-T's benefits and losses or that falsely claim, directly or indirectly, I-EA-T's reputation in its activities
25.Not to use equipment or personnel of I-EA-T for one's own personal or business benefits
26.To be non-partisan to any political party but allowed to exercise political rights to support democracy in a good manner
27.To render services to clients with willingness and courtesy and to provide beneficial information and recommendations to clients upon request or when faced with problems
28.To be sincere and to keep promises with clients, and not to create client expectations that cannot be fulfilled
29.To notify superiors without any delay when finding that any existing operational methods or regulations may be improved to correspond with the current situation
30.To tender due care and assistance to keep a clean, safe and pleasant work environment
31.Not to accuse executives or other employees without a factual base
32.To inform relevant authorities if the organization or its personnel has committed any misconduct
